ALKemist Bio is developing next-generation immunotherapies designed to recognise and target the ALK oncogene, a well-validated driver in several aggressive and treatment-resistant cancers.

Its therapeutic approach relies on a dual platform tailored to how ALK is expressed: CAR-T cell candidates targeting extracellular ALK receptors in solid tumours such as neuroblastoma, and high-affinity TCR-T candidates targeting intracellular ALK fusion proteins presented via HLA in malignancies including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and lymphoma.

ALKemist Bio is advancing its autologous cell therapy pipeline to overcome treatment resistance and eliminate ALK-positive cancer cells at their root, delivering sustained immune surveillance and long-term remission for patients with high unmet medical need.
