Claris Ventures is an Italian alternative investment fund manager (Società di Gestione del Risparmio, or SGR), founded in 2019 by Pietro Puglisi and Ciro Spedaliere around a simple conviction: early-stage therapeutics require specialist investors able to engage deeply with both science and company development.

From our base in Turin, we work with scientists, entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders internationally. We invest in established companies and create new ones when the right opportunity begins inside a laboratory rather than a corporate structure.

Across both routes, our objective is the same: help exceptional science become a focused, well-financed therapeutics company capable of reaching meaningful clinical milestones.
